10.0Excellent host. Nice and quiet location with view of the Manhattan skyline. Clean and comfortable room. Good value for money.
− The AC was a bit noisy but we came in a not so warm period so opening windows for the night was enough.

1.0− Clim dans la chambre très bruyante Salle de bain , chambre, vaisselle du petit déjeuner étaient pas propres Petit déjeuner pas bon, juste des bagels avec du pain sec, des céréales et bananes. Beurre moisi sur les contours du pot. Pas de vrai petit déjeuné avec du bacon, des œufs ou pancake. Extérieur bruyant y compris le soir Le baignoire fonctionne mal et est limite chaude. Le wifi est une véritable catastrophe. Nous étions au premier et pourtant le wifi fonctionnait très mal

The Perfect Getaway!!
10.0The Harbor House was the perfect place to stay, with beautiful views of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge and a great location in Staten Island. The room was clean, comfortable, and just a short trip to the Staten Island Ferry for easy access to Manhattan. Mo's hospitality made us feel right at home, and we can't wait to come back!

Stay was nice but hard because temps were around 100 degrees

− Lack of air conditioning in common areas, minimal breakfast items, only 1 towel and no bathroom supplies for a shared bathroom.. toilet paper. Had to use a key to get in front door, everyone sat on porch alot so in and out needed a key.
Overall it was a great start and I will be back. Location was amazing and staff was friendly and accommodating

− The a/c could use an upgrade but I was also there during a heat wave which didn’t help
