− Tuve una sitaución grave y no se quiseron hacer responsables, culparon al intermediario booking, dijeron que ellos tenían la ultima palabra y que dependía solod e booking y los de booking dijeron que dependía 100% del hotel, booking mando una carta solicitando que nos ayudaran y el hotel se negó por completo. No recomiendo hacer tratos con este hotel. La falta de atención, la hipocresía y la mentira. La poca disposicion, el desinterés y poca empatía en situaciones graves.
Excelente ubicación pero ruidoso
8.0Muy buena ubicación cerca de la catedral y caminando de los lugares de interés, perfecto para no tener que usar el auto
− El ruido en la noche por los rooftops que hay cerca, terminó pasado las 12 de la noche. Las ventanas no aislaban mucho el ruido
