A fantastic stay at a great hotel in the beautiful city of Charleston!
10.0The property is beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly, and helpful and the service in every part of the hotel was exceptional. Our suite was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Our butler Will was so helpful and insightful and friendly. He took the time to give us some historical information about Charleston and recommended several places to see and things to do, and he was also super helpful when we asked for restaurant recommendations. The bartenders in the bar were also great and the front desk staff were superb. They were so friendly and always had a great recommendation for anything we asked for. The gentlemen that took care of the valet parking were also great. Fast and courteous in not only parking but retrieving our car as well. This place is top notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Charleston. 10/10 and 5 stars.
