We stayed at Hyatt Regency Manila to celebrate our daughter's 4th birthday. It was indeed a 5 star experience. Checkin process was smooth and room was ready upon arrival. Thanks to Ms. Hazel & Sir Jestin of Front Office for assisting us. Granted my request for a connecting room and gave us a complimentary birthday cake, really appreciated that it comes with a birthday card and for extending our checkout til 1pm. 💛 My daughter loved the pool! it is very child-friendly. lifeguards on duty were attentive. Room service was fast and also to the housekeeping staffs who assisted us all the way, thank you. ✨ Would like to thank also Ms Vherliza of The Cafe for giving our daughter a special token for her birthday. It was indeed a special moment. My daughter loved it here and we will come back for sure. Thank you my City of Dreams Family for making our stay memorable and fun. 🎉

Wonderful long term stay!

I would recommend this hotel for families with young children. My daughters enjoyed this hotel as it was their very first time in Manila. We were traveling from Guam and they loved it! We stayed 7 nights and it was amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, kind and eager to help you. The amenities are fantastic. You will have so much fun as it’s a two minute walk to dreamworks theme park. Lots to do & delicious food all around. You will enjoy your stay here! 5 stars my family & I give it.

Outstanding Family Stay with Spectacular Club Lounge and Exceptional Service

Stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency City of Dreams and booked two club rooms to comfortably accommodate my family, especially my elderly father. The rooms and bathrooms were impressively spacious and very clean, which made our stay relaxing and convenient. The beds were also extremely comfortable, ensuring everyone had a great night’s sleep. Our rooms offered beautiful views—one overlooking the pool and the other with a stunning city view—both of which added to the overall experience. The club lounge was a highlight of our stay. The brunch selection and cocktail hour were spectacular, with a great variety of delicious options. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the lounge staff. The servers were easily a 20/10—extremely friendly, attentive, and always making sure our family had everything we needed. The concierge team was also very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an enjoyable stay.

Hotel facilities are good! And staffs are very helpful! The cleanness are good too. The hotel is near to Ayala Mall and Landmark so location wise is great as specially for family who like to spend time in the mall.
