Poor quality, but cost effective.
4.0Great location. 15 min to Pikes Peak gateway and a very short walk to restaurants and shops.
− The lock on my door did not work. There is no onsite staff, so I had to call a call centre and they sent someone over. They ended up changing my room, at 8:30pm. In the new room, the AC was not operating (it was over 90F that day) and all they could offer was a noisy fan. There was also significant water damage in bathroom, very poor renovations with failing tiled shower, and a sign saying you can’t flush toilet paper! They offered a small reduction in the bill.

10.0Everything was just perfect, walking distance to everything, beautiful room, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom and great room size. I loved the keyless door lock , it makes everything so much easier. Great value for this amazing stay!
Good choice for Manitou Springs. Clean, basic accommodations.
