Hotel in a highland
8.0Difficult to communicate with staff due to language barrier. The location is a bit remote. Toiletries provided in the hot spring baths are not adequate.

8.0Stunning location. Beds are ROCK hard though and I felt the staff were not really accommodating for very simple things. For example, I requested to be moved to a smaller side table, but the staff was not flexible and insisted my seat is in the middle of the dining hall. I was traveling alone and the side table I asked for no one was ever seated there in the end. Basic information like sharing that there is no detergent in the laundry room before I went for the long walk there could have saved me a trip all the way back to the gift shop to buy detergent. Small things like that just made me feel the staff were a bit sleepy and perhaps not happy with their job. I enjoyed walking around their grounds though and was the perfect location for hiking Amagi. The weather was perfect and I would stay again with my family. Perhaps better accommodated for families rather than solo travelers.
朝食の待ち時間が和食と洋食でかなり差がある
8.0コロナ渦でビュッフェが休止してしまったのは残念でした。 その際、朝食にて和食と洋食の提供される時間が異なるため、不満を口にしている方がいらっしゃったので、洋食の提供タイミングを少し早くしていただくとよいのかもしれません。 私は和食で、すぐ提供されましたので、いつも通り快適に過ごさせていただきました。
また泊まってみたいリゾートホテル
10.0東急グループのリゾートホテルという事で設備、サービスが洗練されていた。スタッフの対応が首都圏のホテルと変わらないレベルだった。朝食のビュッフェが良かった。
