8.0The Hotel Novo was as described, great staff, hotel could do with some tlc but I was only one night here arriving late from the airport and heading to the Pacific next day. Room was clean, bed was comfy, WiFi worked fine and breakfast was much appreciated. Couldn't adjust the air con but that could have been user error from my side. Can't really complain from a price/quality point of view. Also there was no noise but I was not on the street side. Really handy if you are using the bus station.

6.0It was ok for the price. Breakfast was ok. It's in a dodgy area, so don't go outside after dark on your own and keep phones, jewellery and valuables out of sight
