− Que hice la reserva por booking por un menor precio y cuando pague en el Hotel fue más alto el Valor

− La habitación es incómoda, la cama super pequeña y no ponen agua en la habitación.
Nice hotel with no complimentary water and info leaks.
7.0Confortable room, nice staff and breakfast
− No complimentary water? That’s awful. But the worst part is, since I did the booking on the Booking app several phone numbers tried to reach to me through WhatsApp and mail asking me to click a link to “confirm” my booking, even when in the Booking app the stay appeared as Confirmed! These people had my full name, phone number, stay dates, e-mail. Some of the numbers were from countries different to Colombia, I’ve never ever had a this situation before with Booking in any other hotel.
