Fantastic service
10.0Buffet evening meal was organised for our team- we were very well cared for and all of our specific requirements were exceeded. Special mention to Alfred who went above and beyond.
2 fantastic members of staff
10.0Saturday 25th July, we had a big group served at dinner by a wonderful gentleman I think he was called Alfred but apologies if not (his name badge was tiny!!) and his female colleague. They were both polite and enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. They both deserve a pay rise and extra holiday.

10.0Big group of us staying for the T100 Tri. Great service from Alfred and his team especially attentive about our diverse dietary needs and allergies.

10.0I stayed here for two nights, staff were helpful, however special mention to Alfred who went out of his way to ensure that our party was catered for, special thanks for all his help ensuring that my allergies were accommodated.

10.0Stayed here as part of a large group for a local event, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Special mention goes to Alfred who was in charge of the sorting out breakfast and dinner, not only did he meticulously organise meals based on allergies and special dietary requirements her also served dinners that evening and made sure everyone was taken care of. Thoroughly recommend here to stay especially if going to the nearby Excel
