6.0Śniadanie smaczne. Pokoje także spełniły moje oczekiwania. Hotel dobrze skomunikowany z Centrum Londynu
− Niestety na miejscu dowiedzieliśmy się, że jako 5 osobowa rodzina (w dorosłych i 3 dzieci) otrzymamy pokoje w dwóch różnych miejscach hotelu.

7.0O café da manhã era bem bom. A localização não é totalmente ruim, mas não é possível ir direto pela Elisabeth Line, precisa trocar de trem ou ir a pé um bom tanto. Recomendo esse hotel se o valor estiver bem baixo.
− O quarto 110 tinha um cheiro extremamente forte de esgoto saindo do ralo do chuveiro, eu tinha que jogar bastante água para melhorar o cheiro. Não me permitiram esquentar comida pronta comprada no supermercado no microondas, comida, acredito que não era algo que colocaria o hotel em risco sanitário. Enfim, comi frio mesmo. Eles tem restaurante lá e forçam com isso os hóspedes a comerem no restaurante, impedindo que aqueça o que foi comprado fora do hotel. Não responderam nenhuma mensagem que eu enviei pelo booking, portanto, corre o risco de você ficar sem resposta também. Embora, minha reserva estava certinha eu fui para o quarto tranquilamente.
