1.0Bonjour, j’ai rien à dire sur cette hôtel car j’ai pas eu l’occasion de mettre les pieds, je suis arrivée à 23h sur place. L’hôtel était complètement fermé pour rénovation et personne nous a tenu au courant ce que je trouve très désagréable, vous retrouvez à Cancún un dimanche à 23h et vous rendez compte que votre hôtel est complètement fermé à votre place. Vous auriez fait quoi je suis déçu par Booking car ça fait longtemps maintenant que je pars avec le groupe Booking et ça fait deux fois qu’il m’arrive des problèmes. Donc faites en sorte s’il vous plaît de vous renseigner par rapport à vos hôtels. Merci bien

− Room were so smelly, so suffocation in the hallway, couldn't breathe. Toilet wasn't working, AC wasn't cooling. Bed sheets were smelling so bad.
