10.0I've stayed there many times before and everything was fine. This time there was construction noise before 7am. I'm sure that many things will be new or improved, so in the future it will be back to a really good place to stay.

2.0Hotel was under renovation. Room smelled paint and spackle. Air conditioner was pretty beat up. It didn’t really work that well. Bathtub still had a sticker in it. No chair. TV didn’t work. Rough Neighborhood. Mattress had plastic on it underneath the sheets. I could go on…
