8.0Appreciated kind staff as travelling with grandchildren you worry that hotel might not be happy but both your staff and my darling grand boys were awesome. They thought it very interesting indeed. We walked the carpeted hallways and sat in the velvet golden throne chairs. They couldn’t believe giant tvs were on as they ate dinner. It was really wonderful to breakfast in morning and spend all day at gardens

10.0Overall an extremely pleasant and wonderful experience. The receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. Room service was absolutely amazing! They remembered the same complimentary order and went above and beyond to provide extra amenities. Rooms are very neat and clean. The decor is beautiful and very well kept. It’s located within nearby reach for food and supermarkets. I would definitely return to stay if the opportunity arises
Large comfortable room and adjacent bistro
8.0Large room with comfortable bed, couch & coffee table, table & chairs, and large balcony. Room was very quiet despite proximity to busy road. On-site bistro was very convenient and included continental breakfast was a bonus.
