Great Customer Service
10.0Our stay at this location was very comfortable. The hotel is nicely maintained and kudos to the housekeeping staff for doing a great job. We did eat a couple times in the restaurant and the food and service were good. Kudos also to Dan at the front desk. On check out day, I had an extended checkout time. I went downstairs to see some family members that were also leaving. I mentioned to Dan that I was returning to the room to get my luggage. When I got to the room, my key did not work. As I was going down the hall to take the elevator back downstairs, Dan was walking down the hall towards me to bring me a key since the time had expired. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and customer service. He saw what had occurred and came to my floor to save me a trip from returning to the front desk. Hats off to Dan! This was REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
