Wonderful location, almost perfect.

Breakfast was excellent, room was clean and furnished well with all modern appliances to a high standard, comfortable bed, front door security staff very polite and helpful, lovely atmosphere and decorum in lobby, bar and dinning room, balcony view of Burnham park and Baguio very nice. House keeping very well done early every morning.

− Shower drain was blocked so it flooded the bathroom but this was quickly cleared by staff. Room was a little bit compact, i don't believe there is a lift or its not working, I was charged extra when my friend decided to stay in the room which would not be the case normally in my experience, and there was a misunderstanding that I was sure I booked the queen bed room on booking.com but on arrival they said it was only the single bed room I booked and they wanted a payment to upgrade much more than the original booking so I declined this as I didn't want to argue. On checkout I was given another guests paper work to sign which luckily i noticed or i might not of gotten security deposit back ( 2000 pesos in cash compulsory ), only a very minor thing but did make me think they might of make a mistake with my room size due to an administration error.

It was close to the park

− The hotel charged for early check in 1,500 pesos lol, they don’t have noise control policy mind you it was past 10pm already and some people where practicing for like a cultural presentation some musical instruments as well and i still need to call the reception to complain about it! Not a sound proof you can hear how noisy the corridor and the people passing by there! It was not really a relaxing stay as i couldn’t sleep due to noise! The buffet breakfast was not appealing their menu needs review , no lift in the hotel need to carry my luggage on my way to check out to ground floor.

Our 2 days stay at the hotel was wonderful!

Everything about the property was fantastic from the bellboy, housekeeping and all staff. Food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing staff very tentative and are more than welcome to assist in whatever you require. Always help if we required anything further ie iron extra towels or coffee. Had an issue with the tv but was sorted within 5 minutes form calling

− There is nothing to not like about the property, only small thing was that toilets in the lobby were closed guessing under refurbishment or something
