8.0Arrivée à 15h le vendredi de la braderie de Lille. Pas de personnel à l'accueil, il faut passer par les bornes électroniques à l'extérieur pour payer le séjour et récupérer le code de sa chambre. Serrure de notre chambre qui nous a donné du fil à retordre, le chiffre 2 (il faut taper le code à l'aide de touches mécaniques) ne fonctionnant qu'une fois sur 10! Bref sinon rien à dire sur la chambre, c'est du 1er prix et on en a pour son argent (petite, basique, mais propre).

10.0Propreté, calme et surtout la gentillesse de l' hôtesse d'accueil. Elle est très à l écoute et donne bon plan pour les restos autour. Grand merci à elle.

10.0Chambre au 2eme étage absolument super. Nous choisirons à nouveau B et B, c’était topissime. Les enfants à l’étage dans le duplex. On a adoré. Zéro bruit alors que l’on est à côté de l’autoroute
Double Charged for the Room
2.0Booking paid in full at the time of booking with Hotels.com. The itinerary number was not recognised by the hotel through their automated check in, so had to call their help desk on arrival. Then we were charged the full room rate again on check in, so have now paid twice for the room. Hotels.com seen to be unable to secure a refund from the property. This is the 2nd booking of a French hotel with Hotels.com that had been a disaster, so I will not be joining any further trips with them.

4.0Self check in facility. I paid for the room well in advance and the self check-in counter did not let me check-in without paying again. We didn’t have any other option since it was late night and had to proceed with paying twice. Room was very small with beds literally filling the whole room and no space at all for the luggage- we are just talking about small bags not big bags.
