10.0Good location, although slightly away from the centre of Lamai, it is still really good. Lovely staff. Clean standard rooms. Small pool but available all day/night. Pool is shaded away from sun entirely which can be good.
− Maybe a little dated bathrooms, but still easily usable. I stayed here for 2 weeks and didn't really have a problem.

− Not that clean, the ac barely worked and that coupled with the proximity to the road and the noise that follows means it will be very hard to sleep. They also didn’t have any real covers, only those fuzzy blankets

7.0Good size room. Nice bathroom. Easy access to and from room. Good price but only recommend for 2 or 3 nights.
− Mosquitos and a massive cockroach in the room. I woke up with several bites and welts from the mosquitos. Evidence of old cockroaches that were clearly squished and not cleaned/mopped properly.
