10.0Outstanding! We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the hotel is spotless, very well located, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team surprised us by beautifully decorating our room with a thoughtful and special attention. It made our celebration even more memorable, and we truly appreciated this kind gesture. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit everyone. What really makes this hotel stand out is the kindness and genuine care of the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!

Comfortable, welcoming
10.0Rooftop pool was a great bonus especially after a long flight or busy day. Morning breakfast buffet was plentiful, hot and extensive. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to help with transportation, recommendations etc… Our room was amazing! Lots of windows, coffee pot, refrigerator and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect for us to go downtown Lisbon for excitement and load of restaurants, people watching and pastry’s. Hotel was close to the train station and getting an uber or taxi was easy. Lot’s to see within walking distance.
Good to know
The SPA, indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam bath are not included in room rates. Children from 4 to 14 years old (also paying) can access the SPA facilities during limited times (10:00 - 12:00) with one paying adult.
In Half Board (Breakfast & dinner included) - dinner, served at Dom Alimado Restaurant is buffet or 3 course menu choice and drinks are not included. In the nights of December 24th, 25th and 31st (no Réveillon party) in Half Board (breakfast & dinner included) the dinner includes a selection of drinks and is also served until 22:00.
Please note that extra beds are not available. A baby cot can be placed in the Standard Double or Twin Room and Superior Double Room upon request and confirmation by the hotel.
