10.0We hadden een probleem met de kaartschakelaar voor de electriciteit en dit werd binnen de kortste tijd opgelost! Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel en ook een zeer goed en heerlijk ontbijt!

8.0Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer , in dessen Badezimmer der Abluft Ventilator so laut pfiff, dass trotz geschlossener Tür an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Einen Zimmertausch verneinte die Rezeption mit der Begründung das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Nach der dritten Reklamation war dann doch ein Upgrade möglich. Wir finden den Kundenservice fraglich, da keinerlei Kulanz gezeigt wird, obwohl wir angeboten hatten , das Zimmer zu behalten und für die folgenden Tage die Mehrkosten zu bezahlen. Das sollte man von einem vier Sterne Hotel doch erwarten können. Sehr schade.
