10.0La ubicación es maravillosa, caminando llegas a muchas partes como el malecón, a restaurantes, al barquito que te lleva a la fortaleza. Tienen aire acondicionado que puedes poner a la temperatura que prefieras y eso ayuda mucho. El agua de la alberca está a la temperatura perfecta y no es muy profunda, lo cual permite que todos puedan disfrutarla.
− Las recepcionistas no son del todo amables, contestan como si las enojaran tus preguntas.

8.0La comida de ahí es muy rica, las picaditas, los desayunos, sobre todo los chilaquiles verdes. Y la piscina en general, muy llimpia y el agua a temperatura ideal. Muy limpio y comodo. Queda muy cerca del puerto de Veracrúz. Y cerca hay muchos lugares para comer, y queda una playa a poca distancia caminando.
− Elevador viejo y muy lento. Y la tv de la habitación muy pequeña y no tiene para ninguna plataforma ya que no es smart tv.
