Amazing location, spacious apartment needs updating and maintenance.
7.0Big apartment, great balcony
− Old and tired furniture, appeared poorly maintained. Beds, linen and kitchen clean but floors and other areas grubby.
Most Enjoyable and exactly what we needed.

− More linen - towels especially. For a beachside unit with pool to only be provided 2 bath towels was inadequate
Noisy but clean and great veiws

− At first I didn't realise that the remote opened a roller door that led to a car port and the lift. There needs to be better details about this even something on the remote to tell you which button to open what. Also site says soundproof rooms by all means they were NOT sound proof. We could hear chairs being moved around and what ever else happening from room above and beside us. The noise from the street was loud. There was someone using a blower at 8am in the morning which was very annoying. Pipes in walls making noise. All in all just very noisy all around.
Relaxed beachfront with views
10.0Relaxed atmosphere. Had good facilities including washing machine and elevator. Secure gated parking. Beach front, views and only a short walk to the corner store.

− Floors were awash when we arrived. Still very dirty once we opened doorstoallow them to dry. The mop and bucket the cleaner was using were not up to the job. Shower screen in ensuite needs replacing, not adequate. Hole in the ceiling in ensuite.
Great location and value, unit was clean and kitchen well supplied.
