− La habitación estaba entre 2 pisos, por lo que aun cuando hay ascensor, había tramos de escalera antes de llegar, lo que no aparecía en la descripción en booking (no es step-free). Quizá hay otras que si sean step-free, pero es algo que debería estar detallado al momento de hacer la reserva.
