10.0Very nice room. Shower worked will. Comfortable chair next to a table in addition to the bed. The outlet at the base of the lamp didn’t work a minor annoyance.

10.0I loved everything about my stay. The room was clean. The only thing I would suggest would be some new towels for the hotel. They’re pretty old. Other than that, everything was perfect

10.0The front desk clerk, Gabby, was extremely helpful. There was a mixup in reservations at another hotel in the area. By the time I got to Best Western it was late and I was frustrated. She quickly got us checked in and gave us a quiet room.
