− The fact that the hotel took my booking knowing that they were to close the hotel during my stay. I was not even informed the hotel would close until I ask reception what was happening. Disgraceful way to treat a customer. I will never stay in a Harmoni Group hotel again.
Very convenient location and good value
7.0Liked · Great location and very good value for money. Room is almost like a serviced studio with a mini fridge, microwave, cooling stove and basic utensils and cutlery. Also the hotel is walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall which is very convenient. Breakfast also very decent considering the price and options on offer. Not too noisy at night as well. Overall definitely recommend to stay.
− Disliked · Extra towels are provided but chargeable, would be nice if this was like other hotels just provided on request. Another point was my booking allowed for an early check-in but they sadly did not have a room ready, so had to wait about 40 mins till I got my room.
