2.0The toilet paper and towel holders are hanging off the walls. The towels were stained ( we pray they were clean) there was fingernail trimmings on bathroom floor. Pillows stained. Drops of something on the walls.

6.0My socks were black from the floor about 10 minutes after we walked in. They have rooms in a newly built tower (I assume look like photos online) but if you get put in the older rooms, they are pretty bad. Breakfast was decent - good coffee and they bring in Chik-fila biscuits.

10.0Quick and pleasant check in from helpful young lady who gave us all the information we needed. Location is not downtown But worked well for us. Immaculate hotel and good breakfast. Recommended
