10.0Very quaint and clean hotel. Hawley staff very friendly and accommodating. Hot tub & pool nice! Breakfast was good. Room very spacious, clean and bed comfortable. Will stay again!!!

3.0Room was decent.
− Took forever to check in because their internet relies on satellite and staff said it "always" goes out when it rains. Air conditioner sounded like a dump truck when it would start out. Out of scrambled eggs at breakfast. When I finally got those, they were out of coffee. Very disappointing for an AmericaInn.

10.0A nice place to rest and relax! Room was very accommodating. No outside noise. Located in a convenient spot for all my needs I had for my trip. Room was excellent in both cleanliness and value. I always use AmericInn whenever I travel. Staff very friendly. A+

9.0The breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant.
− There was no coffee at breakfast. It ran out before 8:00 in the morning. It appeared that the hotel was understaffed but were efficient. The town closes all eating places by 9:00 or any place to buy food; so it is necessary to bring your own snacks/food.
