1.0− Нас просто обманули. Во время заселения нам пришло сообщение от отеля что произошла ошибка при бронировании номера. Ни другого номера, ни отеля нам не предложили. И деньги естествено нам не вернули... оставили на улице как бомжей...

1.0Wir waren auf Grund eines sogenannten Wasserschadens gar nicht vor Ort wir wurde per Whattsapp abserviert und mussten uns eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suchen.

Skazano nas na poszukiwanie wolnego noclegu po nocy lub noc na ulicy. Booking infolinia proba polaczenia sie 5razy, tragedia. Na szczescie po dwoch dniach zwrot pieniedzy, ale stresu i nerwow nie cofna. Nie polecam!

− There was no staff at the building- nobody answered phone calls or text messages to find out how to get into the room. Multiple people sitting on the floor in hallways waiting for the same thing. Cancelled reservation bc this place is NOT a hotel or worthy of being on Booking.com
