Unvorstellbar schlimm!
1.0Ich konnte zum Glück nicht einchecken, weil mehrere Stunden weder jemand an der Rezeption noch telefonisch erreichbar war. Eine Reinigungskraft hat mir allerdings ein potentielles Zimmer gezeigt und und ich bin schockiert, dass sowas in Deutschland überhaupt möglich ist. Es war so heruntergekommen, dass es in einem Stundenhotel wahrscheinlich besser aussieht. Ich habe auch noch mit Gästen gesprochen, die in dem Hotel wohnen und sie haben gesagt, dass sie auch Probleme beim einchecken hatten, seitdem niemand mehr erreichen, eine Dame hatte keine Handtücher und kein Kopfkissen im Zimmer. Und es muss auch in den Zimmern unglaublich dreckig sein. Zusätzlich hat es alleine schon im Eingangsbereich und im Treppenhaus gestunken. Ich frage mich wie sowas bei irgendeiner Kontrolle überhaupt standhalten kann.
