Élveztük az erkély nyújtotta kilátást a tengerre, a medencére, a csodás napfelkeltét és esténként a sétáló utca nyüzsgését a sportbárból felhallatszó zenével. Ideális volt a fekvése, csak reggel és a délelőtti órákban sütött oda a nap. Az apartman pillanatok alatt lehűthető volt, tisztaságára ügyeltek, nagyon kedves, mosolygós volt a személyzet. A reggelit is szerettük a kapcsolt étteremben, a fagyizójukat is kihasználtuk. A híres Fig Tree Bay kényelmes sétatávolságra található.

The hotel is in a very central location, which is great, and the room was spacious with a large balcony.

− At check-in, we were not told that using the safe costs extra, When we tried to open it later, it would not work. Only then were we informed that the safe costs 2.5 euros per day, plus an additional 10 euros to activate it. For 5 days, this would have cost 20 euros, which is not stated anywhere. The same issue applies to room cleaning. cleaning is only provided on selected days ,and this was not explained at check-in either. We asked for cleaning, but when we returned, nothing had been done. We were also told that towels are changed only once a week, and this is not stated anywhere. We had to buy our own towels . Paying thousands of euros for accommodation and you get no clean towels. The towels they provided were smelly and cheapest quality. Another serious issue is that the air conditioner turns off automatically during the night. In 30+degree heat, this made sleeping very difficult. The reception staff were not friendly or helpful, and the service was poor. Breakfast was small, with very limited options.

Location is the most important asset of this hotel. Overall, a decent hotel.

Location is great for spending time in Protaras and some of the best beaches on the island are in close walking distance. Also, many restaurants and bars worth visiting are in close walking distance and there is a supermarket right across the street. The hotel is clean and the staff at the reception was very friendly and kind. The room was nice and clean with really nice seaside views.

− The restaurant food was average and breakfast was poor, and the staff at the restaurant was not very polite and honest. There was a mix-up with our dinner order which was really late, and got some unnecessary excuses, but the next day the hotel management acknowledged this and we got a full refund for dinner. The toilet fan was not working. Also to get the TV remote we had to give a 10-euro deposit at the reception. Parking was ok but in high season it will be an issue because there is not enough space for many cars. The rooms facing the sea can be a bit noisy at night. For us it was not an issue, but if you need absolute silence while sleeping these rooms are not for you.
