1.0الموقع ممتاز خدمة الستاف ممتازه عبدالله بخدمة الشنط وطاقم التنظيف
− مكتب الاستقبال الموظفه مريم كانت تتعامل بفضاضه مع نزيله مصريه لاتتحدث الانجليزيه ولا التركيه بنفس جنسيتها للاسف وتدعي انها لاتتدث العربيه !! وكانت تتعامل معها بعدم احترافيه لفندق 5 نجوم بالنسبه للغرف بدايتاً تم وضعي بالدور الثاني غرفة بدون تكييف فقط نظام تدفئه وعند الاحتجاج على ذلك تم نقلي لغرفه مكيفه بالدور السابع وللاسف كانت اسفل المطعم من الساعة 7 صباحاً حتى 11 صباحاً لاتستطيع النوم بسبب ازعاج كراسي الدور العلوي ثانياً السرير من الجهه اليسار كان منخفس وغير مريح دورة المياة يضعف الماء فيها فجأة بكل اختصار لا انصح بالسكن فيه نهأئياً ولايستحق 5 نجوم ابداً يوجد فنادق 3 نجوم افضل وارخص منه بكثير

9.0We had a pleasant stay at your hotel… and thank you for that! The breakfast as well as the meals we had at the restaurant were all excellent! Also, the use of the spa and the Turkish hammam was outstanding!!! We booked a standard room and they upgraded us without any extra charge.. with a very comfortable bed and spacious areas. Very polite staff and clean rooms every day.

9.0الموقع، الموقع، الموقع.. بشاشة الموظفين وأخلاقهم الجميلة.. سريعين في تسجيل الوصول وتسجيل المغادرة.. شكراً جزيلاً للأخ عبدالله الذي يتحدث العربية، أتوقع أنه موظف كونسيرج.. أشكر الأخ الكريم في خدمة الغرف في الدور السادس، اسمه
− كان هناك رائحة في دورة المياه، كانت مزعجة لمدة يوم وبعد ذلك تم التعامل معها من خدمة الغرف.. شكرا لهم ملاحظة: مواقف السيارات تكلّف 400 ليرة تركية لمدة 24 ساعة، وهذا السعر مقبول فقد تدفعه في بعض المواقف مقابل ساعتين..
