Beautiful hidden gem, amazing service
10.0Overall excellent hotel, amazingly well trained staff, super attentive, clean comfortable room. We stayed across the street in a jungle room that we absolutely loved. Only negative was the Lula restaurant. We did have the grilled seafood on a Sunday that was very good and good value. My Shrimp was cold and had to be sent back. But was quickly remedied. Did not like the fact that coffee is charged per cup, which is silly looking at your breakfast bill and $20 of it is for coffee.

10.0We loved Lula. However, we did not feel prepared by Lula or Expedia to face the seaweed in Tulum.

10.0This hotel is fantastic. The room is spacious and with everything you may need. I will highlight specially the staff members, they are truly amazing. The only cons is the seasonal seaweed which made the beach not fully enjoyable.
