4.0Upon arrival, room seemed to be OK but had to request light bulbs and a tv remote. Once we pulled covers down to go to bed, we discovered black spots on the sheets and covers. The towels in the bathroom also had black spots. Did not find any bedbugs, but the stains made us very nervous. It was too late to do anything about it. The location was not convenient to the waterfalls.

10.0We got the family room which was a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with a full kitchen. It did what we needed beds were good to us. Firm mattresses. Room 22 was good to us. Please be mindful that you will need to walk up steps to get into that family unit.
