Perfect location, host was amazing but a few amenities need updating and attending to.
8.0It was in a perfect location for what we wanted, and amazing views of the colosseum. Laura was amazing, gave me a birthday card and complimentary breakfast for my birthday at the cafe downstairs. The room felt clean and bed was comfortable. Any issues I could text Laura and she responded quickly. Other than a few tired and worn amenities, we would 100% stay here again and would 100% recommend this property to anyone and everyone we know! We loved our stay here!
− Some amenities appeared a little tired and worn. The hairdryer provided, when plugged into the wall by the wardrobe melted the plastic near the plug and blew the fuse in the plug which in turn tripped a fuse in the whole property. I messaged Laura who replied quickly, however we flicked the main switch back on which got the power back. The toilet struggled to fill in the cistern and often just kept filling into the toilet but it did sort itself out after a while.

10.0L'accoglienza è stata ottima e la posizione è perfetta grazie anche alla vicinanza alla metro Colosseo. Laura ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per dove andare a mangiare nei dintorni e ci ha raccontato anche delle curiosità che non conoscevamo su Roma.

7.0The location was excellent. The view from the room of the Colosseum. Close to the Metro link. Nice bars literally on the doorstep. Nice communication from the hosts team. Cleanliness of the rooms. Electronic door entries system. Lift to the apartment which was on the 2nd floor. Good facilities with the fridge, safe, kettle etc. Air conditioning! A must in Italy. Toiletries available to use.
− Some of the facilities were tired and needed replacing and repairing. The room was decorated but was for show (a note saying throw and pillows could not be used). Slight step into the room in need of repair and possible warning signs. Previously commented, walls/doors thin and because the rooms are tall they need. Shower heads not working correctly and need repairing/replacing, similar with the toilet seat. Conflict of information, not in room saying we could leave at 10am but message saying 9:30am I did not like arranging a transfer which didn't turn up on time (ten minutes late).

10.0Majoitus oli juuri sellainen, kuin kuvauksissa kerrotaan. Sijainti on mahtava! Ystävällinen ja nopea viestintä. Huone oli pieni, mutta se oli tiedossa ja joka tapauksessa kävimme vain nukkumassa siellä.
