La pagábamos mal!!
3.0− Llegamos al Hotel y nos dimos cuenta que una de las camas estaba húmeda por goteras en el techo reclamamos y nos dijo el encargado que pensó q ya no goteaba y que no tenía otra habitación que nos devolvía el dinero. A lo cual le dijimos que no correspondía y que nos reubique. Luego de unos minutos nos llevó a otra habitación. No entiendo como venden estadía sabiendo que la habitación no estaba en condiciones

9.0Buena ubicación y económico, buena temperatura, contaba con ropa de cama toallas y toallones ademas de shampoo acondicionador y jabones de buena calidad; para pasar una noche está bien.
− No hubo nada que me disgustara pero si creo que se puede mejorar: El desayuno (mejor calidad, variedad y presentación) Personal mas profesional en la recepción Modernizar el hotel sería bueno (colores, lamparas, tv, cortinas black out) Limpieza de ventanas (del lado externo se que es complicado pero las vistas a las montañas se apreciarían mucho mas)
