10.0We had an amazing holiday at Pickalbatros in Egypt! Everything was perfectly organized and the atmosphere was truly great. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mohamed Eid and his manager – both super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, thanks to Ali Sayed, who did an excellent job keeping everything clean and fresh every day – nothing to complain about at all. The animation team was also very friendly and created a fun, relaxed vibe throughout the resort. The only downside was that we were often approached while relaxing on our sunbeds with offers for excursions, massages, etc. Luckily, we solved that easily by using a red flag, which worked perfectly for some peace and quiet. Big compliments as well to the young man who brought us ice-cold drinks every day at our sunbeds – not an easy job when it’s over 40°C outside. Really impressive and much appreciated! The food was absolutely delicious and varied – something for everyone. In short: a wonderful vacation, made special by the amazing staff. We will definitely come back!
