9.0Le professionnalisme du personnel et en particulier celui Sylvie qui m'a reçu à mon arrivée à l’hôtel. Sylvie était rassurante par ses compétences évidentes et surtout son extrême gentillesse. La chambre était très confortable sur tous les plans (enfin d'après mes attentes). Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande vivement l’hôtel Akwa Palace.
− Pas grand chose. Peut-être le passage des bagages le scanner. Un peu lourd mais bon c'est la sécurité.
