8.0Staff was beyond friendly and courteous. Allowed us a couple extra hours past checkout due to an unforeseen circumstance which was very nice.
− The Jacuzzi was not cleaned and had lots of dirt stains on the seats and steps

10.0Great location in the design area of Palm Springs. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! Beautiful 1920’s renovated hotel. Our room was huge, decorated in updated MCM style. Spanish architecture. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Had breakfast at the small limited menu restaurant, it was good, with lunch ordered the next day at the pool. Wonderful service all around. Friendly, knowledge staff. Kevin, one of the valets, had many stories about the history of the hotel, the celebrities who have stayed there and rat pack parties back in the days. Enjoyed every aspect of our stay!

10.0We have just returned from our trip to Palm Springs and want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Denise at the Triada Palm Springs Hotel. This was our first visit to Palm Springs and from the moment we arrived Denise made us feel welcome. She was an amazing resource for restaurant recommendations, hotel information, and tourist sites that we shouldn't miss ! The hotel is a short walk to great restaurants and shopping. Denise is so friendly, personable and professional and really the model for hospitality! Thank you Denise- we will be back !
