I really wish we could have stayed at Jaz or the other resorts nearby. We will not come back, as I’m writing they called
5.0The boardwalk was great, we could swim straight to the reef.
− The water slides (for big kids) is removed from the pools so there’s no way for parents to hangout in the water while the kids go on slides. Also there is only one ala carte restaurant with 4 menu items, so you’re really stuck with buffet food and it’s pretty much the same everyday. Keep in mind. Unlike other all inclusive resorts you only have two hours on average for each meal (yes they have a place at the reception area with bakery goods and by the beach from 12:30-3:00.) The snacks were the same and super stale and low quality especially for price you pay… typically at other resorts you can get ice cream any time, and other food… here it was very limited and time constricted. The staff (local staff) Is great. The entertainment team was weird, asked my son to scan a QR code for a rate then watched us do it, they even took photos of it so we really couldn’t give our real review. Also, every night was the same entertainment and songs, it was like a repeat after 6 days it became too much. I saw how they get great reviews and that’s with their entertainment team hovering over you while you rate them and even taking pictures of it. I wish there was more to do at this resort like there are at other nearby.
