Disappointing in service and facilities
5.0Comfy beds.
− Facilities are old and need updating. Black tarry substance ground into carpet, hard to get basics like soap. Need to request reset of room from housekeeping a minimum of 24 hours in advance which would be prior to your check in! You will get multiple texts asking if your room is okay and if you need anything but it is not a text chain you can respond to, meaning it’s only annoyance and interruption in your life- performative help rather than actual assistance.
