8.0スタッフは素晴らしい対応でした。朝食も美味しかったです。ただ、全体的に設備がとても古く、床が柔らかいところがあったり、カビ臭さを消す芳香剤っぽい匂いが気になったりしました。立地は抜群ですので、総合的には満足ですが、連泊はしたくないかも。

10.0Excellent location close to the Perrache train station and Vieux Lyon. Very walkable. Lots of dining options nearby. Staff at the hotel were fantastic, responsive and friendly. The reception and dining area were charming and designed to appeal. Breakfast was delicious!

10.0Matilda was exceptional in her customer service. Only negative is there is no lift. Not good for us as no assistance to get luggage upstairs. Will check before booking next time.

10.0Séjour court une nuit, personnel très accueillant, la chambre ne faisait pas partie de l'hôtel, située au 6 eme étage , accès par le 5 en ascenseur ds un immeuble en copropriété avec un accès direct sur la rue et un accès par la salle du petit déjeuner ... rien à dire sur l'accueil et la propreté ...
