4.0Several things wrong- No elevator to 2nd floor-Our balcony room had outside entrance so we heard traffic noise all night😟Terrible coffee! Breakfast was boxed and hung on your door! There for 2 nights and room was not cleaned after 1st night-trash not emptied, nothing done to the room!!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel!!
