OVER PRICED MOTEL, NOT A RESORT AT ALL.
1.0Location to beach is the only likable thing. It's just feet from the beach.
− This is NOT a resort! It's a motel and that's it! No food options, no vending, even if you want ice after 8pm you are out of luck cause they lock up the area for ice. No one is there after 8pm. The room had roaches, for the "kitchen"...yea it's not stocked. I ended up buying some utensils and pans and left them there. The beds....killed my back!

10.0This is my second time staying here. This time, we came with a group of friends. The room I stayed in during my last visit was already very nice, and now they’ve renovated the bathroom—it looks perfect! The place is simple, but truly amazing. It’s very cozy and has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff is wonderful, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. I’m already planning our next stay!

Unbeatable location and views for the money, however could be cleaner and significant ants in and around property
7.0Old FL feel, incredible value, refreshing pool, can walk from your porch to the beach in seconds or just enjoy the view of the gulf while in your room. Everything is on one level and the bathtub was a bonus for our small kids.
− Sugar ants were in our kitchen every morning and ate our cheese danish we were looking forward to eating with our coffee. The bathroom toilet and floor could have been cleaner, I have small kids so I noticed everything during bath time.
