6.0The property is very convenient and close to the main plaza of the Historic Cusco City. We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel itself is ok/average in my opinion. The heat does not go on until 9pm and they turn it off at around 2am, so it does get cold. We also have to ask for toilet paper 2 times as they does not provide extra in the room. The people in the front is pretty responsive with our requests which is a good thing. I would recommend if you are not too picky. This is an OK hotel.

10.0The staff at Siete Ventanas was incredible. They went above and beyond to help make our stay in Cusco fantastic, including helping us with restaurant recommendations and helping arrange transportation to other parts of the country. I give them my highest recommendation and sincere gratitude.
