6.0I didn't appreciate every room was themed so perhaps my fault too. The New York room was a little old fashioned. my main issues were no air conditioning in an upstairs room in 30 degree days wasn't good. No fridge in the room. No bucket for ice when I asked for it. Great location and the front door is staffed during day time hours but little of the hotel luxuries if that is what you are after

10.0Unique is the location on the main (pedestrian) street, while the carpark (and main attractions) are not far away. The room amd bathroon are spacious. Daily cleaning is only if you ask for it. There are also no tea and coffee facilities in the room.only a bottle of water

8.0Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße. Man soll damit rechnen dass bis 3 Uhr in der Nacht viel los ist.

10.0Ein wunderbarer Ort, mitten in der Heidelberger Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe städtespezifisch eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns im Zimmer "Marrakesch" tatsächlich im Orient. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im HIP Hotel.
