Great location and good breakfast, but the hard bed, lack of lift, and cleanliness issues affected my comfort.
5.0Stayed at Phu Van Resort & Spa recently and honestly had a good experience. The breakfast buffet was decent, plenty of options and everything tasted good. Location-wise, it’s super convenient since there’s a VinBus stop nearby, so getting to Grand World, VinWonders, and the Safari was easy. Also liked that there are lots of shops, restaurants, pubs, and even a market around the area, so it didn’t feel isolated at all. Easy to find food and things to shop.
− The not-so-good: my room was in the main building on the highest floor and there’s no lift, so carrying our 25kg luggage up was quite tiring. The room itself was spacious, but the bed was very, very hard. I ended up with backache and didn’t sleep well. The bathroom could also use better cleaning. Overall, okay for location and convenience, but comfort could definitely be improved.

9.0Очень хороший отель за свои деньги. Находится в центральной части острова. От отеля 3 минуты до пляжа. Пляж небольшой, чистый. Рядом есть ещё несколько небольших чистых пляжей и кафе прямо на берегу моря. Персонал отзывчивый, помогал в решении бытовых вопросов. Рядом с отелем есть торговый центр и обменник валюты.
