6.0Honestly everything was great. The reason for the three star was because we spoke with the hotel staff prior to arrival to schedule our shuttle pick-up. Upon arrival at the airport it took us a little while to get our luggage (which was not our fault) and we did not receive a courtesy call to ask if we were still taking the shuttle, they just left us. We had a baby with us and we were exhausted. That is really the only thing I can complain about. Other than that, our stay was great. The uber they recommended us was amazing. So if you need to get around ask for
