Good accommodation & food, friendly stuff, nice view from main area. Nice honeymoon surprise.

− We went on game drives with 2 different so-called guides, who have been more drivers than guides. We were driving around for hours without seeing animals, and when we finally saw them, we had 1 minute to watch, and then the driver kept on driving. At the guides, I missed the passion for wildlife and sharing knowledge of wildlife & nature with guests as well as caring for guests. Furthermore, the vegetation is very dense, which makes it difficult to see wildlife. We spend 7 nights there and lots of hours without seeing sth. If your priority is wildlife, there are other areas in South Africa and Africa that will satisfy you more. Meat of meal was several times just warm not hot. Stuff didn't know how to handle feedback. Additionally of the total cost of booking.com reservation we had to pay 90€ for the isibindi foundation and a much higher park fee, then mentioned in our reservation of booking.com.

The main lodge was nice but the rooms were quite disappointing. I specifically paid for a luxury villa as opposed to a standard room but felt that the room was in desperate need of a renovation. We complained and they moved us to a slightly better room that has a small plunge pool however the pool was leaking and so each morning was empty

− Rooms need a renovation The game drives were very unimpressive. The game ranger did not give much information and did not seem very interested in her job. We have visited many reserves and many different lodges and i am not sure i would rush back. It was good but definitely not worth the money

The location, attention to detail, food, and staff were all exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Le professionnalisme et la qualités des services La situation et le décor de l'établissement La rencontre " magique" avec des animaux de la savane. La pause " café" ou apéritif au cours des safaris superbement organisée dans les geabds espaces naturels.

− Même si on sait que la chance joue sur la rencontre avec des animaux de la réserve , des safaris se sont soldés par beaucoup de route pour peu de vue d'animaux. Mentionner sur Booking .com, la précision de la " mémorial gate" pour rentrer dans la réserve ( indication à donner au gps)

Personnel très agréable, tres bons repas, chambre et vue magnifiques, promenades avec guides superbes, on a vu tous les animaux, sauf le lion, je recommande cet établissement exceptionnel.

− C'est dommage car nous avions choisi la honeymoon bedroom pour sa petite piscine avec vue, mais la pompe est trop près de la chambre donc on entend le bruit le soir alors que c'est un lieu où on voudrait silence et tranquillité. Peut-être pour quelqu'un qui n'est pas sensible au bruit ça ira mais moi cela m'a dérangé. A part cela c'était un séjour fabuleux.
