− A locking door for the bathroom, it only has a sliding door, that didn't close all the way through. No privacy
Overpriced for a dirty building site

− It was a filthy building site. I’m so surprised it remained open during the works they were doing

8.0I had a really lovely stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it very easy to explore the city. What stood out most, however, was the staff—everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again!

They know the city inside and out! * Immaculate & Quiet Rooms: Finding a truly quiet room in NYC is rare, but mine was a peaceful sanctuary. Plus, housekeeping was like clockwork, keeping everything spotless daily. * Unbeatable Location: Being just steps from the train made navigating NYC an absolute breeze. You are close to everything!
