We love Wallingford and The George, Farhan managers his crew beautifully.
8.0The staff were all smiling, polite and friendly. The breakfast had a variety of options and the location was brilliant, central to everything.
− The safe in our room was damaged and we were only aware when I was about to use it. The inconvenience of having to lock valuables in the our suitcase was irritating but bearable as our stay was only one night. My rating would have been high but for this.

5.0Breakfast was ok.
− This attic room had very poor ventilation and it was a very hot night - The George should at least have provided a powerful fan. I chose the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast option - wish I hadn't - the menu choices for dinner were very limited and the food uninspiring to say the least.
