− Muito desagradável obrigarem a levantar o valor monetário e deixar no apartamento, sem qualquer tipo de segurança. Em relação à limpeza também acho que estava um pouco descuidada

− Apenas como crítica construtiva: por cima da porta de entrada do apartamento e do quarto no interior do apartamento, é munida de um grande vidro translúcido, que deixa passar muita luz, sempre que alguém acende a luz da escada. Assim como, as portadas da janela do quarto também deixam entrar muita luz logo cedo :-)

6.0Top Lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in direkter Strandnähe. Schönes altes renoviertes Stadthaus im typisch portugiesischen Stil mit gefliester Fassade. Guter Zuschnitt der Wohnung, durchaus stylische Einrichtung mit alten Dielen, Kunstdrucken und Deko.
− Bei genauerem Blick fällt in vielen Bereichen Renovierungsbedarf auf: von den Küchenmöbeln platzt die Farbe ab, die Fenster sind alt und klapprig, im Bad die Duschkabine ebenfalls. Das Bett ist schon ziemlich durchgelegen - hier sollte bei Gelegenheit eine neue Matratze incl. Lattenrost angeschafft werden. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass die Tür zum Bad, die direkt vom Wohn / Esszimmer abgeht sich nicht schließen lässt und immer einen Spalt aufbleibt. Die Benutzung der Toilette ist nicht angenehm, wenn bei halb geöffneter Tür zwei Meter weiter der Partner am Esstisch sitzt. Das sollte dringend repariert werden, dass habe ich der Verwalterin auch gesagt.
